Intimate spaces and comfort zones conducive to both laziness and daydreaming, the Rugs handmade Umibōzu, Skrimsli and Kraken take on an unheard-of variety of reliefs, both terrestrial and marine. A wealth of designs, original shapes and a colossal amount of work carried out in collaboration with Édition 1.6.9 to develop, thanks to its exceptional know-how, the various textures and complex colorations presented here.

As this work is part of an eco-responsible approach, the design studio has therefore chosen to produce these Rugs in ECONYL, a 100% recycled and recyclable nylon fiber made from fishing nets and plastic waste.

Édition 1.6.9 and Studio KRJST first came together last year with the development of Rugs Skrimsli and its acclaimed presentation in Milan at the Zaventem atelier and Baranzate atelier exhibitions at the Necchi factory. 

Studio KRJST evolves in the world of art and design, using wall tapestry as its preferred medium to give shape to a limitless phantasmagorical universe.
